Fringe Fumbles:

.

My Thoughts:

This episode took me back to when I first watched “The Usual Suspects”.  I thoroughly enjoyed the movie while watching it.  Lots of great scenes…action, comedy and mystery.  But it was merely ‘good’.  It didn’t turn into a fantastic movie until the last few minutes.  I felt the same way about this episode.  It was a good episode and I was enjoying it, but the last couple of minutes turned the episode from good to FANTASTIC.

Walter seemed to be dulled down this week.  I kept waiting for that moment that makes me giggle out loud, but it never came.  After watching the entire episode, I wonder now, if it was done on purpose so that he would really come into focus at the end when we discover that the Observer is watching him.

Peter’s character has really developed since last season.  He uses to avoid, at all costs and whenever possible…being involved in what was happening.  I loved watching him put himself into the line of fire, for what he knows is something bigger than just himself.  We are reminded about Peter’s questionable past, but I think it is just for the sake of the viewers, so that we will be aware that Peter has put himself in danger for in order to save the lives of innocent people.  Kudos to you Peter!

I will leave the Observer discussion for a separate post, needless to say, there is much to discuss.

This episode was a great lead-in to what I think is going to be a very interesting ride next week.  Without giving away the plot to next week’s episode, I will just say…”I can’t wait”.
